Products
Our products are decorative collectibles. While some designs are articulated, they are not intended as toys.
Each item is 3D printed, so slight variations and visible layer lines are part of the finish and make each piece unique.
Due to the nature of 3D printing, slight variations may occur. Colours and small details may differ slightly, making each piece unique.
Some of our designs are articulated and feature moving parts, while others are static. Please check the product description for specific details.
We use high-quality PLA, a biodegradable bioplastic that is safe and commonly used in 3D printing.
Ordering
Simply browse our shop, choose the product and any options you'd like (such as colour or size), add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account for faster ordering next time.
Because our items are made to order, we begin production quickly. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate your request before printing begins.
We accept cancellations provided production has not yet started. Please get in touch as soon as possible after placing your order. Once printing has begun, we are unable to cancel or refund the order.
Shipping
All of our items are made to order and printed fresh for each customer. Please allow 3–5 working days for production before your order is dispatched.
Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within 2–3 working days via Royal Mail. So from placing your order to delivery, you can expect around 5–8 working days in total.
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — check back for updates!
Returns & Refunds
Yes — items can be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition. Custom request items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
We’re sorry to hear that! Please get in touch via our contact page with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll get a replacement or refund sorted for you as quickly as possible.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days. The time it takes to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
If your item arrived damaged or faulty, we’ll cover the return postage. For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service for your protection.
Safety
Our products are decorative collectibles and are not suitable for children under 3 years of age. They contain small parts that could pose a choking hazard. They are designed for display and collection, not as toys.
Yes. Many of our designs feature articulated joints and small decorative details. These parts may detach if handled roughly. Please keep out of reach of young children and pets.
Our products are printed in PLA, which can soften at temperatures above 60°C. Avoid placing items near radiators, in direct sunlight for prolonged periods, or inside hot cars. Normal room temperatures are perfectly fine.

We're always open to ideas! While we can't guarantee every request, we love hearing suggestions. Get in touch via our contact page and we'll let you know what's possible.
Many of our products offer colour options at checkout. If you'd like a specific colour that isn't listed, drop us a message and we'll do our best to accommodate your request from our available filament range.
Yes, we can handle larger orders for events, gifts, or party favours. Please contact us with the details and quantities and we'll provide a quote and estimated turnaround time.
